The Old Man And The Sea

Today i watched 'The old man and the sea' short movie. it is a brilliant animated movie with amazing paintings.i haven't read the book, but i really wanted to watch this film since i was 12 or 13 yrs old.
this movie was animated by an artist name Aleksandr Petrov. the interesting thing is this film is made entirely in pastel oil paintings on glass which means by using his fingertips instead of a paintbrush on different glass sheets positioned on multiple levels, each covered with slow-drying oil paints. He has painted thousands of frames to make this film.
