I remember seeing him first like this in Water7 and I could guess that's "The underwear guy" xD yes those days I used to be one of those people who aren't into anime and couldn't understand the whole anime...thing. xD I had seen few images of Franky and was surprised by his eccentric appearance. So I was very curious to know him. xD
